This documentary attempts to persuade us that a vegan, plant-based diet is the optimal diet for health, performance, energy and workout intensity and recovery. It also sheds light on some of the potential dangers of eating a diet that is high in animal based protein like inflammation, disease, etc. I dive into all of these claims and explain my thoughts from an unbiased perspective.
